1. General Terms
- These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings made with AK Cab Solapur via website, phone, or any other medium.
- By booking a cab, you agree to comply with these terms and our Privacy Policy.
- We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website.
2. Booking & Confirmation
- Bookings can be made online at www.akcabsolapur.in or via phone at +91 7744979728.
- Booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation SMS/email/phone call from our team.
- The customer must provide accurate details including pickup & drop location, date, and time.
- We may refuse service if incorrect information is provided.
3. Payment Terms
- Fares are calculated based on distance, route, and time of booking.
- Payments can be made in cash, UPI, bank transfer, or via online payment gateways.
- Any tolls, parking fees, or state taxes are to be borne by the customer unless otherwise specified.
- Incomplete or fraudulent payments may result in cancellation of the booking.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before scheduled pickup.
- Last-minute cancellations may attract charges.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed as per our refund policy within 7–10 business days.
- No refund will be issued if the customer does not show up at the pickup point.
5. Responsibilities of Customers
- Customers must carry a valid ID proof during travel.
- Smoking, drinking, or use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited in the vehicle.
- Customers are responsible for their personal belongings. The company is not liable for any loss or damage.
- Any damage caused to the vehicle due to passenger misconduct will be chargeable.
6. Driver & Vehicle Policy
- All drivers are verified and instructed to drive safely.
- Vehicles are regularly maintained and insured as per government regulations.
- In case of vehicle breakdown, we will arrange for an alternative vehicle or refund as applicable.
7. Liability Disclaimer
- AK Cab Solapur will not be liable for delays due to traffic, weather, road closures, natural disasters, strikes, or any events beyond our control.
- We are not responsible for any indirect losses such as missed flights, train connections, or business meetings.
- Our liability is limited only to the amount paid for the booking.
8. Safety & Conduct
- Seat belts must be worn at all times.
- Misbehavior with drivers or staff will not be tolerated and may lead to cancellation of service.
- For safety reasons, carrying hazardous materials or weapons inside the cab is prohibited.
9. Airport & Outstation Bookings
- Customers must provide accurate flight/train details while booking airport transfers.
- Waiting charges may apply if the customer delays pickup.
- For outstation trips, minimum kilometer charges will apply as per booking confirmation.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
- Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Solapur, Maharashtra courts only.
